This Booking Policy outlines the terms, requirements, and expectations for scheduling and rescheduling tattoo services from Nishay Tattoos LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By submitting a booking request, paying a deposit, or scheduling an appointment you acknowledge that you have read , understood and agreed to the policies below. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not book an appointment.

1. Tattoo Pricing & Size Minimums

• Prices listed are starting rates. Final pricing is based on size, placement, detail, shading, and color.

• Palm size (3–4 inches) is the smallest single tattoo I offer.

• $200 minimum on all tattoos.

• Designs smaller than palm size must be stacked in one session to meet the minimum.

• I do not offer micro or budget tattoos.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days and subject to change.

2. Consultations

A video consultation is included with every tattoo booking and does need to be scheduled separately.

Virtual Consultation — | 30 min

• For clients who want to discuss an idea before booking.

• Held via FaceTime or Instagram video chat only.

• Consultation fee applies to your tattoo total if booked within 30 days.

3. Booking & Recheduling

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes toward the final price.

• Remaining balance is due at the end of your session.

• 48-hour notice required for reschedules.

• No-call/no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings and a no show fee

4. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.

No Call/No shows will result in a 25-50% fee and/or a forfeited deposit.

By booking, you authorize the card on file to be charged any applicable no-show or late cancellation fees outlined in this policy.

5. Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued ID. No exceptions.

6. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary for health or safety reasons.

7. Changes to This Booking Policy

We may update this Booking Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
